An Agreement of Large-Scale Solar Power Business in Munakata, Fukuoka Prefecture


Sanix Incorporated (Ticker : 4651,TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) announced that it has agreed to develop Large-Scale Solar Power Business in Munakata, Fukuoka Prefecture, cooperating with Munakata City and Nakamura Sangyo Gakuen (Kyusyu Sangyo University and Kyushu Zokei Art College) .

Sanix Incorporated will develop Large-Scale Solar Power Business at the land Nakamura Sangyo Gakuen has in Munakata, Fukuoka Prefecture.

3. Purpose of Large-Scale Solar Power Business

Sanix Incorporated makes the system to offer from production, designing, sale, construction to maintenance throughout and strengthen a business base. Therefore, this Large Scale Solar Power business will make further contribution to promotion of Renewable Energy Sources. We make use of the data which were provided through the business for research and development of our sales products and continue to work on offering a product having high marketability.

4. Contributing to environment

The reduction of amount of carbon dioxide for the year : About 544t (It’s equivalent to about 38,850 tree of cedar planting)

5. Outlook

It will have no impact on the Company’s consolidated results for the Fiscal Year ending in March 2013.
