Notice Concerning the Difference between Earning Forecest and Actual Result for the full year

2. Reasons for the Difference
In the HS Division, we expected sales of Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation System to increase similar to last year through the rise of the expectation for renewable energy. It was over last year, but it fell short of budget because sales productivity fell short of our expectation. Also, in the ERD Division, sales of Power Generation fell short of budget because the recovery of the trouble with the power cable connecting Hokkaido to Honshu was delayed more than expected.
Consequently, actual result for the full year fell short of previous forecast as stated above.
