Notice Regarding Consolidation of Offices in ES Division
and Recording of Extraordinary Loss
At the Board of Directors Meeting on February 6, 2009, Sanix Incorporated (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) resolved that 13 offices in the ES Division will be closed and consolidated into other existing offices. Details of the resolution are as follows:
1. Reasons of Consolidation
With consideration of profitability of each office and various other factors, it has been decided that the ES Division should undergo consolidation to improve operational efficiency and maximize net profit.

3. Scheduled consolidation date

4. Impact on Consolidated Operational Results
In connection with this consolidation, an extraordinary loss of approximately 20 million yen will be recorded in the consolidated profit and loss statement for the consolidated fiscal year ending March 2009.
