Notice Regarding Transfer of Fixed Asset
and Recording of Extraordinary Loss

At the Board of Directors Meeting held on October 31, 2008, Sanix Incorporated (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) decided to transfer a certain fixed asset held by EDI Incorporated, a consolidated subsidiary, as follows:

2. Reason for Transfer
The land lot described below was purchased by EDI Incorporated in June 2002 as part of its Recycling Environmental Resources Development Plan. Since the Plan was subsequently cancelled, the land has been held as an idle property. The subsidiary, considering transfer of the property, has found a buyer and reached an agreement regarding transfer terms.

6. Impact on Consolidated Operational Results
In connection with the transfer of the fixed asset, an extraordinary loss of approximately 333 million yen will be recorded in the consolidated profit and loss statement for the second quarter of this year.
