Additional Changes in Member of the Board of Directors

At the Board of Directors Meeting on May 23, 2007, Sanix Incorporated (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) resolved to change the board member in addition. Appointment of directors and auditors will be formally approved through resolution at SANIX’s 29th general shareholder’s meeting scheduled for June 28, 2007.
