Regarding a Fire at Sanix Energy Tomakomai Power Plant


Fukuoka, February 26, 2007 - SANIX Inc. (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) announces the fire occurred at Sanix Energy Tomakomai Power Plant (Tomakomai city, Hokkaido, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa). Sanix Energy Incorporated is a 100% owned subsidiary of Sanix Inc. We express our sincerest apologies to everyone in the vicinity and to the authorities concerned for inconvenience that the fire has caused. We are now making efforts to investigate cause and effect of the fire. The conclusion of this fire is roughly as follows:
