Notice Regarding Consolidation of Offices in HS Division
and Recording of Extraordinary Loss

At the Board of Directors Meeting on March 25, 2009, Sanix Incorporated (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) resolved that 2 offices in the HS Division would be closed and consolidated into other existing offices. Details of the resolution are as follows:


1. Reasons of Consolidation
With consideration of profitability of each office and various other factors, it has been decided that the HS Division should undergo consolidation to improve operational efficiency and maximize net profit.

(Note) Total number of offices in the HS Division after consolidation will be 63.


3. Customer Service
Each office to be closed will be consolidated into its nearby office, in principle, to ensure that business activities of closed offices, including market development and customer management (periodic maintenance etc.), will be smoothly taken over by successor offices. Staff of successor offices are determined to devote further efforts to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.


4. Impact on Consolidated Operational Results
In connection with this consolidation, an extraordinary loss of approximately 7 million yen will be recorded in the consolidated profit and loss statement for the consolidated fiscal year ending March 2009.
