Notice regarding Transfer of Assets

Fukuoka, September 20, 2005 - Sanix Inc. (Ticker: 4651, TSE/OSE/FSE, President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) announces that the Company decided to transfer the following asset. 

1. Description of Transfer
 
(1) Asset to be transferred  : The trust beneficiary rights of real estate
   (Trustee: The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd.)
(2) Name of Asset  : Sanix Hakata Building
(3) Book value  : 4,547,000,000 yen
(4) Transfer value  : 4,400,000,000 yen
(5) Date of transfer  : September 30, 2005
(6) Transferee  : Fukuoka REIT

2. Reason of Transfer
As a part of rationalization of management and improvement of composition of finances, the Company has decided to liquidate and transfer the Sanix Hakata Building for the purpose of recovering invested capital to use for future business funds.
Please note that Sanix will continue to rent the portion of the Building that it has been using.

5. Impact on Business Performance
With the transfer of the above asset, the Company plans to declare an extraordinary loss of 147 million yen in the half-year settlement in March of 2006.
