President & CEO: Shin-ichi Munemasa) announces that the Company decided
to transfer the following asset.

2. Reason of Transfer
As a part of rationalization of management and improvement of composition
of finances, the Company has decided to liquidate and transfer the Sanix
Hakata Building for the purpose of recovering invested capital to use for
future business funds.
Please note that Sanix will continue to rent the portion of the Building
that it has been using.
