Regarding a Fire at Sanix's Kitakyushu Incineration Disposal Plant



Today a fire broke out at Sanix's Kitakyushu incineration disposal plant. We express our sincerest apologies to everyone in the vicinity and to the authorities concerned for inconvenience that the fire has caused. We are now making efforts to investigate cause and effect of the fire.
The conclusion of this fire is roughly as follows:



1. Date and Time: 10:10 a.m. (occurrence) ` 11:47 a.m. (put out), May 19, 2005
2. Place of an outbreak: Kitakyushu Incineration disposal plant: the input gate of industrial waste
3. Cause and damage

Now investigating
4. The injured in the fire: 3 employees of our company: one serious and two slight injured persons
5. Address of the plant: 3-81-5,Sinmoji, Moji-ku Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture
